By partnering with Ligue 1 team OGC Nice, VBET has advanced its sports marketing approach in the French betting and gaming industry.
The operator’s agreement with the top-flight squad will include important branding and broadcasting stipulations, with the firm emblem appearing on club jerseys until 2025, in an effort to fulfill its goal of assuming a “leading role on the French sports betting scene.”
Additionally, the company will increase its brand awareness at OGC Nice home games played at the Allianz Riviera stadium as well as throughout the club’s digital platforms, while VBET will air special content for the squad.
Beyond the symbolism of joining the team of the city where I was born and raised, David Ozararat, President of VBET France, said: “I am extremely glad that VBET can become one of the Official Partners of OGC Nice alongside its shareholder – INEOS.
The club’s potential is at its peak right now, and its president’s goals align with our entrepreneurial endeavor in terms of resources, principles, and goals.
The arrangement also addresses fan interaction. The UK operator, which has its headquarters in Malta, will hold raffles for fans to win match tickets while also completing online surveys about the Nice community.
Following neighboring Ligue 1 team AS Monaco and Ligue 2 club Paris FC, OGC Nice is the third French club to team up with VBET. Additional football partnerships have also been obtained beyond the French football landscape, such as that with Manchester City and Ukraine midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The president of OGC Nice, Jean-Pierre Rivère, remarked, “We are pleased with the addition of VBET among our official partners.
“This group is active and ambitious, and it is always growing. VBET is always looking for new ways to innovate. It is a field on which we are now situated.
